A quick tension-release practice to help you recognize where you’re holding stress before it turns into a larger emotional or physical reaction.

A PERSONAL NOTE
For years, I lived in survival mode. Childhood and young adult trauma showed up as overthinking, getting triggered in conversations, feeling emotionally reactive, and constantly being on edge even when nothing was wrong. On the outside, I could function. On the inside, I was always managing something.
Then I found yoga, somatic work, and trauma-informed practices, and for the first time, I stopped fighting my nervous system and started working with it.
That’s when things started to shift. Instead of reacting immediately, I could pause. Instead of getting pulled into overwhelm, I could slow things down and regulate it.
I spent most of my life in survival mode. I’m not there anymore.. I created this toolkit to share the same simple, body-based tools I use to interrupt stress, stay grounded, and respond instead of react.
This is where it starts.
