With over 25 years in the wellness industry, I bring a unique blend of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor (200hr), Certified Health Coach, and Licensed Massage Therapist to my work. My passion for running, yoga, and meditation fuels both my personal practice and the services I share with others. I know firsthand the challenges of living in survival mode, and I am committed to helping others break free from those cycles. Teaching yoga allows me to “share the message” of a peaceful existence, while my trauma-informed approach ensures that every step is tailored to your unique needs.
